Appreciating the Me of the Yesterday – Living as a High-Functioning Intuitive

Many say that the past is in the past, and the future is unknown; so we can only live for today.  As a high-functioning intuitive, I have to disagree.  I coexist with the past, present and future.  Functionally, it could be said that I anticipate, utilize and appreciate on a daily basis.

When my intuitive operating system presents itself, I sometimes consider the Me of Yesterday to be smarter than the Me of Today.  The Me of Today lives in the moment - operating in immediacy, yet anticipating for the future in ways that only the Me of Tomorrow will be able to fully appreciate.

The Me of Today has already produced many curious items that cannot be explained.  For instance, in addition to daily tasks, today I have generated two untitled reports, reproduced a hard copy plan for an unknown purpose, delivered a ream of paper to an unsuspecting copy room, boiled water in a kettle in a random kitchenette, and dropped off an extra phone charger for a phone that does not seem to need a charger.

Although I do not know the reasons behind these things, I don’t dwell too much on my actions.  I have an innate understanding that the Me of Tomorrow will know what to do with them and will do so with amazed gratitude.  I also understand that the individuals around me may also benefit from my actions in some direct or round about way.

The Me of Today has already utilized an extra hardcopy provided by the Me of Yesterday.  In fact, the Me of Today would have been lost without it.  It was as if the Me of Yesterday was saying, “Don’t forget this.  You will use it when you work on a certain project.”

In fact, the Me of the Yesterday is always filling in gaps that the Me of Today and the Me of Tomorrow wouldn’t be able to fill as efficiently if we were on our own.  The Me of Today utilizes the productions of the Me of Yesterday with amused appreciation, and acts upon my intuition without second guessing my seemingly automated actions. The Me of Tomorrow will utilize the creations of the Me of Yesterday and the Me of Today in ways that we can only support from the random awarenesses that appear within our moments.

The three of us are an amazing team.  I wonder what we will create today and tomorrow.
